LoyaltyHarbour uses third parties to help provide LoyaltyHarbour services and manage business operations. These sub-processors may have access to your Personal Data as collected by LoyaltyHarbour.com or through using LoyaltyHarbour cloud-based Service, as reasonably necessary to perform the tasks on LoyaltyHarbour's behalf. LoyaltyHarbour obtains data processing agreements based on Standard contractual clauses and assesses third parties on their security and privacy practices to ensure that Personal Data is only used to deliver the contracted services to LoyaltyHarbour, to prohibit them from selling it and not to disclose it without LoyaltyHarbour’s knowledge and permission. LoyaltyHarbour may retain Personal Data to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce LoyaltyHarbour Terms of Service and take other actions permitted by law.
